A collector's model of the Czechoslovak infantry blockhouse K-Ba-S 23 Teta in 1:1000 scale from ROP o.s. A faithful reduction of the smallest structure of the Bouda artillery fort.
Responsibility details are not available.
A modeling casting captures the infantry blockhouse K-Ba-S 23 Teta in the uniform scale of 1:1000, from the production of the Czech association ROP o.s. It is a faithful reduction of a particular structure of the Czechoslovak heavy fortification, ideal for collectors as well as an element for a diorama on the subject of the border forts. The model is supplied as a kit intended for assembly and painting.
The infantry blockhouse K-Ba-S 23 Teta belonged to the Bouda artillery fort in the eastern part of the Orlicke Mountains, built as part of the Czechoslovak border fortification of the years 1936 to 1938. It was the smallest structure of the fort — all its armament, that is, a light machine gun and a pair of heavy machine guns, was to be placed under armor, so that the side walls of the blockhouse lay below the level of the terrain.
Clean the casting remains off the parts and degrease the surfaces. In the small 1:1000 scale an airbrush and thin coats have proved themselves; you will imitate concrete with a cold gray, the surrounding terrain with a muted green and ocher. Fine washes and dry patina will bring out the edges, the armored elements and the hollows and give the surface a realistic depth.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
