An injection-molded plastic figure of a motorcyclist in 1:12 scale from Tamiya. The figure of a man in civilian riding clothes is ideal as an accessory for models of road motorcycles in the same scale. Thanks to 3D scanning it has finely modeled detail, including the natural folds of the clothing. The box contains plastic parts; paints and glue are not included.
The figure captures an ordinary road rider in jeans and a leather jacket. It can be assembled in two poses — with the helmet on and pulling on gloves before mounting, or after dismounting with the helmet in hand and a cap on the head. Optional parts such as a helmet, goggles and a visor are included.
Bond the parts with liquid cement for plastic and clean up the parting lines carefully, especially on the face and the hands. Apply a primer before painting. Paint the skin and the clothing with a brush in layers, add a light sheen to the leather features and bring out the folds with shading for a three-dimensional look.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
