About product

AMMO TERRAFORM River Sand

An acrylic texturing compound from the maker AMMO of Mig Jimenez meant for creating the surfaces of dioramas. A composition of natural minerals imitates the structure of river sand faithfully in shades from ocher to earthy. It is not a paint or a kit but a moldable paste for building up terrain. A 100 ml package.

Use

Stir the compound well and lay it on straight from the pot with a brush or a spatula
It is thinned and cleaned with water
It dries in roughly 24 hours
It can be mixed with the other textures of the same range
A surface that has come out too coarse can be sanded down to the fineness you want once dry

Who it is for

For makers of dioramas, vignettes and scenic bases who want realistic river or sandy terrain. Suitable across the usual scales.

A water-thinnable acrylic product, nontoxic. Work in a ventilated room and close the container well after use.
