Responsibility details are not available.
A decal sheet with circular national insignia of Type D in a low-visibility form, in 1:144 scale. The package holds two sets, so it will do for two models or leave a reserve in case one insignia goes wrong during application. The low-visibility form means subdued, barely contrasting colors: the insignia is harder to read in flight but is still recognizable on a model. The designation Type D refers to one of the variants of the circular insignia. Before ordering, compare the shape and the dimensions of the insignia with the subject you are building.
The form of the sheet is given on the box and in the manufacturer's instructions. On ordinary decal sheets the wet way is used: cut the insignia out together with the backing paper, soak it in lukewarm water for a few seconds, let it stand and move it into place as soon as it starts to slide on the paper. The surface should be smooth and glossy, because on matte paint a white veil appears under the decal. A softener will pull the decal down into the engraved lines and draw it to the surface. Before you soak the sheet, though, check in the instructions whether it is not a self-adhesive version: a soaked self-adhesive film is ruined beyond recovery, whereas a waterslide decal that has not been soaked can be soaked later.
The sheet suits modelers who build aircraft in 1:144 scale and want national insignia crisper and thinner than those from an ordinary kit, or who need a replacement for a damaged decal.
The model, paints, varnish and softener are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
