It contains faithfully rendered exhaust nozzles of the B-1B Lancer strategic bomber in the form with the nozzles closed (drawn in). It is not an aircraft model but an accessory that replaces the simplified nozzles from a base kit.
The Rockwell B-1B Lancer is an American supersonic strategic bomber with a variable-geometry wing. It carries a large weapons load and its four afterburning jet engines end in prominent exhaust nozzles. Their cross-section changes according to the flight regime; the closed position corresponds to operation without full thrust.
Separate the 3D printed parts carefully from the supports, wash them and, if necessary, cure them further in light. They are bonded with cyanoacrylate. The metallic shades of the nozzles come out well after painting and fine emphasis of the heat discoloration.
This is an accessory in 3D printed resin, not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included.
