The KC-135 Stratotanker is a four-engined tanker aircraft that has for decades made up the backbone of aerial refueling for the US Air Force. The KC-135R version gained more modern, more economical and more powerful engines, which extended the range and the service life of the machine. Thanks to its capabilities it lets combat and transport aircraft operate over great distances without landing.
Assemble the wings with the landing gear and the engine nacelles before joining them to the fuselage and clean up the joints of the long fuselage carefully. For the large smooth areas a pass with an airbrush over a primer filler is suitable. Natural metal and gray areas will stand out with fine toning of the panel lines. The refueling boom can be seated in the extended position.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
