Dassault Mirage III and 5 (Canards) 1:144 is a plastic kit of the French supersonic fighter with foreplanes (canards).
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:144 scale from the maker Mark I Models, supplied in a plain bagged packaging. The box makes it possible to build the French Mirage III/5 supersonic fighter in the version with additional foreplanes (canards) and offers several marking options. A separate sprue with the canards and clear parts are included.
The Dassault Mirage III is among the most successful European supersonic fighters. Its delta wing gave it high speed but had drawbacks during takeoff and in maneuvers at low speeds. That is why fixed foreplanes (canards) were added above the air intakes on a number of machines, which improved the takeoff qualities and the agility. The Mirage III and the related Mirage 5 served with many air forces all over the world.
The small scale calls for clean joints and fine painting. Separate the parts carefully and glue them with cement for plastic. Paint the cockpit before closing the fuselage up, seat the canards exactly according to the instructions and fit the clear parts last. For a clean result choose thin coats of paint and settle the decals onto a smooth surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
