Peewit mask Handley-Page H.P.42 Heracles 1:144 is a set of self-adhesive, precisely die-cut masks of kabuki tape for the clean painting of the many windows of the fuselage and the cabin.
Responsibility details are not available.
Pre-cut self-adhesive masks of fine kabuki tape, shaped precisely for the injection-molded kit of the interwar Handley Page H.P.42 Heracles airliner biplane in 1:144 scale. The masks fit the numerous windows of the pilot's station and the passenger cabin, whose masking by hand in a small scale is exceptionally laborious. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
The Handley Page H.P.42 was a large British airliner biplane from the early 1930s, used for comfortable passenger transport on European and long-distance routes. The Heracles version served on the European routes. The multitude of windows makes painting the frames a demanding task.
Lift the mask off with tweezers, lay it on degreased glazing and press the small edges down carefully. Spray the paint in thin coats with an airbrush and take the mask off shortly after it has dried.
This is an accessory to a model, not a kit. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
