Holographic film Nagmachon Late 1:35 from SX-Art gives the vision ports and optical glass on a model of the Israeli heavy carrier a depth you will not get out of painted plastic.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of clear film for a model of the Israeli Nagmachon heavy armored personnel carrier in its later form. It is not a kit and not a conversion set: it is a replacement for the flat blind glass that in a kit is nothing but molded plastic.
A painted part can be dark, but it stays opaque and light bounces off it only at the surface. A real periscope or a vision block has depth: it changes shade with the viewing angle, looking black one moment and lighting up the next. This is exactly the effect that makes replacing the blind plastic worthwhile. On a finished model it is one of the few details even a non-modeler notices, because the eye responds to the shine of glass by itself.
The Nagmachon is a heavy armored personnel carrier of the Israeli army derived from the chassis of the Centurion tank. Its typical feature is the raised firing superstructure nicknamed the Doghouse. The later form differs from the early one in modifications to the superstructure and to the add-on protection of the hull.
