JDM Horn Hella Type is a set of four small horns in the style of the well-known units for car models in 1:24 scale. It is an accessory for a model, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of four small horns in the style of the classic disc units for car models in 1:24 scale from Yamamoto Model Parts. It is neither a kit nor a finished model; these are separate parts for an engine bay or for behind a radiator grille. The material of the parts and their dimensions are not given by the manufacturer in the name; the count according to the name is four pieces.
On car models the engine bay is the place where the difference between a build to the instructions and a build with something of your own in it shows fastest. A kit usually deals with this part in a simplified way, and small things such as horns, reservoirs or relays are missing from it. Yet a pair of visibly mounted horns ahead of the radiator is exactly the detail that period Japanese modifications carried almost without exception, so the model gains in conviction at once.
Place the horns on the crossmember ahead of the radiator or on the side of the engine bay, and always check in advance that they touch nothing once the hood is closed. Glue them spot by spot with super glue, as ordinary cement for plastic may not take on parts like these. You can paint them black, chrome or in color, but do not forget the main thing: a visibly routed horn calls for a thin wire as its feed. The difference between a bare part and a part with a cable is enormous when you look into an engine bay.
