It is an injection-molded plastic kit in 1:25 scale, which is typical of American car kits and differs only slightly from the common 1:24 scale, because side by side in a display case you will hardly notice the difference. The model is intended for a classic build with glue, putty and paints.
The Supra was born at Toyota as a more powerful derivative of the Celica and gradually became a model of its own, which to this day belongs among the best known Japanese sports cars. Across the generations it is united by a layout with a longitudinally mounted inline six-cylinder engine at the front and rear-wheel drive, that is, the classic arrangement of a sports coupe. The Supra won its popularity not only on the road but also in circuit racing and on the tuning scene, where it became one of the symbols of Japanese engineering. Sand the body, rid it of parting lines and lay down a filler primer, because a gloss finish stands out only on a smooth base. Apply the paint with an airbrush in several thin layers and give it a clear coat. Finish the chassis, the engine bay and the interior separately before you close the body up. Glue the glazing with a cement for clear parts. Apply the decals over a gloss base and seal them with a final clear coat.
