About product

Opel Manta 400 Team Espana decals (1:24)

This is a set of waterslide (wet) decals from Decalcas, not a kit. The set transfers the rally livery of the Espana team with its race numbers and sponsor markings onto a model of the Group B Opel Manta 400. The Manta 400 was one of the competition specials of the Group B era and its color scheme will give a model an authentic period look.

Use

  • First paint the body and polish it smooth; a gloss ground under the decals is ideal.
  • Cut the decal off, soak it in lukewarm water and move it onto the model into its exact position.
  • Finish the settling with a decal softener and even the surface out with an overcoat.

Who it is for

  • Builders of rally car models in 1:24 scale
  • Fans of the Group B competition era
  • Modelers looking for an authentic period livery

This is a set of decals; the car model itself, paints and varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
