About product

Dipping ink 17 ml – Skull Linen Dip (Green Stuff World)

This is a semi-transparent shading ink on a water-based acrylic base in a pale bone to linen shade, in a bottle with a volume of 17 ml. It is not a covering paint but a tinting medium that creates a subtle transition from highlights to shadows in a single coat. It is thinned with water and is non-toxic.

Use

  • apply with a brush onto a light matte base for the best shading effect
  • a single coat gives depth in the crevices as well as subtle transitions
  • shake the bottle well before use, as the pigment settles to the bottom
  • for a subtler effect it can be thinned slightly with water or an acrylic medium
  • it takes layering under as well as over ordinary acrylic paints and washes

Who it is for

The ink will be appreciated by painters of figures and wargaming models who want to shade bone, linen, paper and other light elements quickly. The shade brings out detail without darkening the whole surface.

Keep out of the reach of children. Ventilate while it dries and protect your work surface.
