CMK 1:48 TBF-3/TBM-3 Avenger Paddle Blade Propeller Correction Set is a resin correction set that replaces the propeller of the base kit with the correct wide paddle blades.

This is NOT an aircraft model but a resin correction accessory for the TBF-3 / TBM-3 Avenger carrier torpedo bomber in 1:48 scale. The base kit is usually fitted with a propeller with narrow blades matching the earlier version, whereas the Dash Three version had a wide paddle blade propeller. The set therefore contains correctly shaped blades and a new propeller hub with finer detail than the plastic part offers.
First wash the resin parts to remove any mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with your airways protected. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Once assembled, all that is left is to paint the propeller and fit it to the model, which corrects a marked shape flaw in the base part.
This is a correction accessory, not a model in its own right. Paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
