The GasPatch Models 1:32 Anzani 10 is a 3D-printed resin radial engine for builders of models of early aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit of an aircraft but a separate, highly detailed resin engine in 1:32 for experienced modelers. The Anzani 10 is a ten-cylinder radial aircraft engine from the beginning of the era of powered flight, of the kind that powered a number of pioneering and early military aircraft. The set is printed by 3D technology in resin with fine definition of the cylinders and the mechanical details. The manufacturer is the Greek brand GasPatch Models.
Anzani engines were among the first reliable aircraft powerplants. Unlike rotary engines, the radial Anzani stayed firmly joined to the fuselage and only the propeller turned. The ten-cylinder version powered, among others, the later form of the Caudron G.3 and other machines of the early era of aviation; a faithful model of the engine gives a scene an authentic character.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts and carefully separate them from the thin print supports. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The engine comes out with metallic shades, a light overbrush and a wash settled between the cylinders. Do the sanding of resin with respiratory protection.
The engine is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin kit. The glue, the paints and the base model of the aircraft are not included in the package.
