A set of self-adhesive masks for spraying the national insignia and the stencils on a model of the Arado Ar 234 jet bomber in 1:32 scale, part number 32DET019. The outlines are machine-cut into a low-tack film, so the mask can be positioned exactly and peeled off again once the paint has dried. The manufacturer intended the set for Arado Ar 234 kits from the Fly brand.
The Arado Ar 234 Blitz was the first jet bomber to reach operational service. It was powered by a pair of Junkers Jumo 004 turbojet engines and from 1944 it served mainly for reconnaissance and for pinpoint bombing missions, because the Allied fighters of the day found it hard to catch. The B-2 series became its most widespread combat version.
For modelers who want their markings genuinely sprayed, and for the large 1:32 scale, where the carrier film of a decal is clearly visible. The work assumes an airbrush and a steady hand.
These are masks for painting a model, not a kit. The basic kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
