This is a detail accessory, not an airplane model. The set replaces the exhaust stubs along the sides of the engine section of the fuselage with resin castings. According to the name it is meant for the G-2, G-4, G-6 and G-14 subversions in 1:32 scale.
Exhausts are a technically simple part that a plastic mold never gets right. The mouth has to be open, and that means an undercut which cannot be drawn out of an injection mold; the result is a solid cone with a hollow suggested or at best a shallow dimple. What is more, the parting line of the mold runs exactly across the mouth, so the seam has to be sanded in the least accessible place. Cast resin has no such problem: the mouth is genuinely drilled out and the wall has a realistic thickness. In the large 1:32 scale the exhausts stand right in the line of sight onto the nose and are at the same time the places with the heaviest sooting, so the difference shows at once.
The castings tend to be on a common casting block. Separate them with a fine-toothed saw, level the mating face on abrasive paper and try dry how they sit in the opening in the fuselage; sometimes the recess has to be widened slightly. Before painting, wash the castings in warm water with detergent, otherwise paint will not hold on the remains of mold release agent. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue, applied drop by drop from a toothpick. In color the exhausts are built up from a dark base through rust shades to a layer of soot around the mouth; a combination of dark paint and pigments works well, giving the surface a dry, powdery texture. Then draw the soot lightly back over the skin, because the stream of gas left a trace on the fuselage too. Sand wet and with your airways protected.
