A markings sheet in 1:32 scale for a model of the German touring and liaison aircraft Messerschmitt Bf 108 Taifun. The extent of the markings and the application procedure are given by the instructions from the manufacturer.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Bf 108 Taifun is a German four-seat touring and liaison low-wing monoplane from the mid-1930s. For its day it was a modern machine: all-metal construction, a cantilever wing with flaps and retractable landing gear. It was created in the team of Willy Messerschmitt and a number of solutions tried out on it also appeared on the later Bf 109 fighter. The aircraft made its name in sport flying and on long-distance flights, and during the war as a courier and liaison machine. After the war its production continued in France.
This is a sheet with markings in 1:32 scale. Which particular machines the sheet covers, how many options it offers and how the elements are laid out on it are stated by the manufacturer in the enclosed instructions.
Before application, check in the instructions whether the elements are soaked or whether they are self-adhesive; a soaked self-adhesive film is damaged beyond repair, whereas a waterslide decal that has not been soaked can be put right. Prepare a smooth, clean and perfectly dry surface, because on a matte and rough surface air is caught under the edge of an element and a light halo forms around it. Cut or trim the elements out as close to the artwork as you can. Apply them only onto a dried finish and, once they have dried, seal them with a clear coat that draws the edges under the surface.
The model, paints, clear coats and the means of application are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
