Quinta Studio 1:32 Bf 109K-4 3D interior is a pre-colored 3D printed interior set on decal paper, which brings three-dimensional color detail to the cockpit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A pre-colored 3D printed interior set applied by the decal technique. It is not a kit or a part for building the airframe: it is a detail improvement of the cockpit for Messerschmitt Bf 109K-4 models in 1:32 scale. The parts come fully colored from the factory, so painting falls away.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109K-4 was the last large-production version of the famous German fighter from the end of the Second World War. It was powered by the supercharged Daimler-Benz DB 605 engine, had cleaned-up aerodynamics and a redesigned canopy. It was used in the last year of the war.
3D printing gives the parts real relief: recessed instrument dials, their bezels, switches, buttons, levers and warning lights. The dials are covered with a gloss varnish, so they look like glass. The part is released from the backing in lukewarm water like a decal, but because it is thicker than an ordinary decal it is fixed in addition with glue or varnish. A softener does not belong in the procedure, as it would attack the printed resin. Assembling multi-layer photo-etched sandwiches falls away.
The set contains only the interior 3D decals. A model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
