The set of Reskit figures represents a driver and an airman team at an MJ-1 munitions loader in the MJ-1C version. The name designates it as scene 1 and places it in the modern period of the operation of air bases.
The MJ-1 is a low self-propelled lifting truck that serves for carrying and fitting bombs and rockets under the pylons of combat aircraft. In service it earned the nickname Jammer and became one of the most typical pieces of ordnance equipment at air bases. The work at it is always done by several people at once: one drives, the others guide the load and watch its position. It is precisely this cooperation that the set captures, so that a scene arises from it, not just a group of separate figures.
It comes off best with a model of an aircraft with open pylons, where it is obvious where the load is heading. The working clothing of the ground personnel tends to be dirty, so do not be afraid to throw on dust and greasy stains; a clean coverall looks unnatural. Leave the reflective elements and the helmets conspicuous instead, so that the scene gains a highlight of light. Unify the ground with the color of the surface of the base. A small thing helps too: two figures turned toward each other read the scene better than three that each look a different way.
