The set brings a complete colored cockpit interior printed by 3D technology on decal paper for a model of the Hawker Tempest Mk.II fighter in 1:32 scale. The parts are multi-layered, so unlike flat decals they look three-dimensional; the instrument panel, the side consoles, the controls and the seat belts are already finished in color and ready to be applied. The dimensions and shapes follow the Special Hobby and Revell kits.
The individual elements are applied much like wet decals: they are released from the paper in water and transferred into place, and with the thicker parts it is worth tacking them down with a spot of super glue. Nothing has to be cut out of photo-etch or folded, and painting the interior falls away.
A realistic, practically factory-finished interior with legible dials and the texture of the belts. The Tempest Mk.II differed from the better-known Mk.V in its radial engine, but the cockpit kept the typical British layout that the set captures faithfully.
This is an accessory: the kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
