An assistant loader of the M777 howitzer - a resin figure in 1:35 which completes a firing position with a second man at the ammunition.
Responsibility details are not available.
The figure of the second man at the chamber extends the line of separate members of the crew of the towed howitzer of 155 mm caliber. The designation in the name gives one piece and a scale of 1:35. The Ukrainian brand Spalah sells the individual roles separately, so you can put together the number of figures around the gun exactly according to how large a scene you are preparing.
The loader's assistant passes the ammunition from the prepared stock, watches the order of the charges and takes over part of the work that one man could not keep up with at a high rate with a heavy shell. He moves between the crates and the carriage, which makes him a rewarding figure for the composition: he connects the gun with the rear of the position and leads the viewer's eye to details such as the containers of the rounds or the transport crates.
Level the parting seam with a fine file and fill small flaws with modeling putty. Sand the resin wet and with protection of the airways. A base coat from a spray can reveals the places that call for one more cleaning up; only then does the paint come in turn. A dry brush brings out the edges of the gear, and the boots and trouser legs settle into the terrain after a light dusting with pigment.
The box does not include paints or glue; the figure is unpainted.
