1:35 Battle for Berlin '45 # 3. Battle in and around Berlin 1945. Panthers and Panther-turms.

Battle for Berlin '45 No. 3 - Panthers 1:35 (Star Decals)

A set of wet, that is waterslide, decals in 1:35 scale with the markings of German Panther tanks and of their turrets dug in, from the fighting for Berlin in 1945. It is not a kit but an accessory for finishing a model. The sheet offers tactical numbers, crosses and the emblems of several units used at the close of the war.

The real subject

The Panther was a German medium tank of the Second World War, valued for its good armor protection and its powerful gun. In the closing fighting for Berlin and around it, both running Panthers and separate turrets built into defensive positions appeared. The set is tied to exactly this dramatic period of 1945.

Use

• Before applying them, coat the area with a gloss or satin varnish
• Soak the decal briefly, slide it off the backing and press it gently into place
• A decal softener will help it bed onto a broken-up surface
• Finally even the surface out with a matte varnish

Who the set is for

For modelers building German armor of the end of the war in 1:35 scale who want to mark their vehicles with particular, historically grounded schemes.

This is a decal set. The model of the tank, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
