The wheels show burnt and deformed rubber tire bands, so they serve to depict a knocked-out, burnt-out or battle-damaged vehicle faithfully. This is not a kit of the tank but a detail accessory for advanced builders.
The Pz.Kpfw IV was the most widespread German medium tank of the Second World War, deployed on every front. On destroyed or burnt-out vehicles the rubber tire bands of the road wheels burned away or melted, which is a typical sign of a hit and of a fire in the fuel tank or the ammunition.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways when sanding resin. The burnt tire bands stand out with the layering of rust, soot and dust pigments.
This is a resin accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
