Eduard 1:35 Camouflage netting type III is a photo-etched camouflage net in brass for models and dioramas in 1:35 scale. A universal accessory, not tied to any particular vehicle.

A photo-etched brass set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard representing a camouflage net in 1:35 scale. It is not a vehicle model or a detail set for a particular type, but a universal diorama accessory. The finely etched mesh faithfully reproduces the camouflage netting that soldiers threw over vehicles, guns, bunkers or supplies to hide them from observation.
The net can be arranged over a tank turret, a gun, a vehicle or terrain features of a diorama and so complete a realistic field scene. Thanks to the metal material the net holds its shape even when arranged into flowing folds, which soft fabric imitations often cannot manage. Type III differs from the other versions in the size and character of the mesh openings.
The part is carefully removed from the fret, shaped into the desired flowing form over the model and fixed with super glue (cyanoacrylate). For a realistic look the net is painted after fitting, weathered and finished with a spray in the shade of the terrain; it is often combined with pieces of string, leaves or static grass.
This is a photo-etched detail accessory, not a stand-alone model. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
