Carpenter's nails in 1:35 scale are a diorama accessory for wooden structures. They add to the joints of beams, crates and boarding a detail that already shows at this scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This item is one of the scenic accessories, not one of the kits of vehicles. It aims at a detail that in 1:35 scale stands on the edge of visibility and yet decides the result: the heads of nails in timber. As soon as the joints of beams, boarding and planks have nails in them, a wooden structure stops looking like a solid piece and starts to look like something somebody really did nail together.
It comes out best on rougher carpentry structures, where the ironwork was left exposed and nobody hid it.
A real carpenter did not put nails in at random. At the edges of a plank, at a beam joint set at an angle against each other, on repeating structures in the same rhythm. When you keep to that order in a scene, the structure starts to look as though it works. On makeshift structures from a combat situation, on the other hand, it is rewarding to break the rhythm deliberately, because quick work in the field looked different from workshop work. It also always pays to consider how many nails are visible in a given view and not to flood the rest of the scene with them.
