It is not a model of a vehicle but a set piece in its own right, which you place on groundwork of your own and complete with figures and vehicles. The set combines cast plaster parts with laser-cut windows and doors. Unlike a finished base, this is the building alone, to be worked into a scene of your own.
The walls of the corner are cast in plaster with a brick and plaster texture; the laser-cut parts make up the windows and doors. Plaster cuts and drills well and takes water-based paints, so the patina looks true to life.
Clean the parts and fill any cracks with putty. Glue the walls with PVA or cyanoacrylate glue and fit the laser-cut elements according to the plan. Paint with an airbrush or a brush, bring out the joints with a wash and age the surfaces with pigments and a dry brush.
The building is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
