ELEFANT 1:35 detail set for the Pz. III N (for 2 vehicles) is a resin accessory for the plastic kit of the Panzer III tank in the Ausf. N version. According to the name the contents are sized for two vehicles.

This is an add-on set in resin, not a kit of the tank. The set serves to refine and add detail to a plastic model of the Panzer III in the Ausf. N version in 1:35 scale and according to the name it is enough for two vehicles. The set does not contain the base kit, glue or paints.
The Panzerkampfwagen III Ausf. N was the last production version of the German Pz. III medium tank of the Second World War period. It differed from the earlier versions above all in its armament: instead of a long gun barrel it carried a short weapon of 7.5 cm caliber with a low muzzle velocity, originally intended for earlier versions of the Pz. IV. That shifted the role of the machine from fighting armored vehicles toward supporting infantry and escorting heavier tanks. The chassis and the hull came from the late versions of the Pz. III series.
First wash the resin parts in lukewarm soapy water, because there tends to be mold release residue on the surface that keeps the paint from adhering. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a knife and never snap them off; sand wet and with respiratory protection, because resin dust is fine. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate), as ordinary cement for plastic does not work. Before spraying we recommend a primer, which will even the plastic and the resin out. Build the weathering on the vehicle up in layers: first a wash in the recesses and the engraved lines, then a dry brush on the edges and finally pigments for dust and mud on the running gear.
The set is an accessory for a model, not a standalone kit. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise. Check before you buy that the parts will fit your particular kit.
