German Paratrooper NCO – Italy 1944 in 1:35 scale — a resin figure of a non-commissioned officer of the German paratroop infantry from Mantis Miniatures.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure kit in 1:35 scale intended for more experienced modelers. It captures a non-commissioned officer of the German paratroop infantry, the Fallschirmjäger, on the Italian battlefield of 1944. The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The German paratroop infantry deployed in Italy in 1944 took part, among other actions, in the fighting in the area of Monte Cassino. The jump smock, a helmet of characteristic shape and specific equipment were typical of the Fallschirmjäger. The figure represents an NCO of that force in period dress.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent residue, cut the casting blocks off carefully and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue; do any sanding with protection of the airways. Apply a primer and build the shades up with an airbrush as well as a brush; the camouflage pattern of the smock and fine weathering of the detail will give the figure conviction.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
