This plastic kit in 1:35 scale from the Japanese maker Hasegawa captures the Hitachi Zaxis 135US hydraulic tracked excavator in the version with a hydraulic demolition breaker. The box contains parts molded in several colors of plastic, a resin demolition breaker and assembly instructions. According to the instructions the machine can be built either with the breaker or with a grapple.
The Hitachi Zaxis 135US is a compact tracked excavator from the short tail swing series, used in practice both on building sites and in demolition work. With the hydraulic breaker fitted it serves to break up concrete and hardened structures, and with the grapple to handle material.
Complete the typical construction orange with a wash and with pigments for the effect of dust, mud and wear on the tracks and the bucket. Wash the resin breaker free of mold release agent and glue it with cyanoacrylate. Use thin plastic cement on the plastic joints.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
