Object 279 – holographic film, 1:35

This is a self-adhesive holographic (tinting) film, not a paint and not a kit. The film faithfully imitates the shine and the colored reflection of the glass of the optical instruments — periscopes, vision blocks and lenses — on a model of the Soviet experimental heavy tank Object 279 in 1:35 scale. It creates the effect of real optics that is hard to achieve with painting alone. The set is designed for the Takom kit.

Use

• Cut the appropriate shape out and stick it onto the surface of the optical element of the model
• The holographic layer creates the realistic shine and color play of glass
• Work in a clean environment and with tweezers, so that no dust gets onto the adhesive side

Who it is for

For modelers who want to raise the realism of the optical instruments of their model without demanding painting. Suitable for the less experienced as well — the application is simple and needs neither glue nor paints.
