A kit of a British ambulance vehicle of the late Second World War period in 1:35 scale, the heavy category with a 4x2 layout.
Responsibility details are not available.
Ambulance vehicles were an inconspicuous but indispensable part of the British rear. They carried the wounded from forward dressing stations to rear facilities and drove the same broken roads as the supply convoys. The 4x2 layout means two axles, one of which is driven, which is enough on a made-up road and saves on both fuel and maintenance.
This is a plastic kit in 1:35 scale, the same scale as ordinary models of military vehicles and figures. The name denotes the late-war version and the heavy weight category. Check the particular type of vehicle, the number of parts and the contents of the decal sheet in the manufacturer's instructions.
For builders of British vehicles and for rear-area dioramas, where the support element is exactly what is missing beside the combat vehicles. The paints, the glue and the figures are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise; the kit is supplied unassembled and the contents of the package should be checked in the manufacturer's instructions.
