1:35 Padlocks

This fine resin accessory from the Czech maker Firma49 contains miniature padlocks in 1:35 scale. The parts are produced on an SLA 3D printer in high resolution, so even a tiny padlock carries a true shape of the shackle and the body. They are used to bring closed crates, gates, hatches, storerooms and other elements of a scene to life.

Use

  • Detailing transport crates, cabinets, gates and hatches.
  • Completing dioramas, garages, warehouses and field positions.
  • Suitable for vehicle and figure scenes in 1:35.

Work procedure

  • Separate the padlocks carefully from the print supports and clean them up.
  • Wash off the uncured print resin residue.
  • Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); paint them in acrylics and suggest the metal with metallic shades and light corrosion.

For diorama builders and vehicle modelers who want to add a faithful small detail.

The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as resin parts. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
