IBG Polish Infantry 1939 (1:35) is a set of plastic figures of Polish infantry of 1939 with weapons and gear.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of injection-molded plastic figures in 1:35 scale represents five soldiers of the Polish infantry of 1939. The figures are supplemented by weapons and personal gear and suit bringing dioramas from the start of the Second World War to life. It is a new tool from the Polish manufacturer IBG.
In September 1939 the Polish infantry faced the German invasion armed with rifles, light machine guns and basic field gear. The soldiers wore the characteristic helmets and uniforms cut in the style of the interwar Polish army. The figures make it possible to build historically faithful scenes from the defensive fighting of 1939.
Separate the parts from the sprues, clean up the parting lines and glue them with cement for plastic. Paint the uniforms in acrylics in gray-green and khaki shades, the leather straps and boots in brown; bring the faces to life with a glaze and fine shading. A matte varnish will unify the surface and a wash will bring out the detail of the folds.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
