This aftermarket set from PANZER ART replaces the original plastic wheels on models of the British armored car Rolls-Royce (Armoured Car) in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit but detailed resin castings of the tires and spoked wheels with a faithful tread pattern of the Dunlop brand. The casting captures the characteristic spoked wheel as well as the structure of the tread.
The Rolls-Royce armored car was among the best known British armored vehicles. It was put into service as early as the First World War and in modernized versions served in the interwar period and at the beginning of the Second World War too, especially in the Middle East and in North Africa.
Wash the mold release agent off the wheels, cut off the casting blocks and clean the mating surfaces up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Spoked wheels come out well once the wheel is carefully blackened and gone over with a dry brush.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as resin castings. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
