Star Decals 1:35 SS-Panthers 4, 12. SS-Hitlerjugend, Ausf D and A is a sheet of water-slide decals with the markings of German Panther tanks from the fighting in France and Belgium.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of classic water-slide (wet) decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals. The sheet holds markings for German Panther medium tanks in the Ausf D and Ausf A versions of the 12th SS Panzer Division Hitlerjugend from the fighting in France and Belgium. It offers turret numbers, divisional and tactical insignia and further captions for more than one machine.
The real subject is the Panther tank, one of the most technically advanced German tanks of the Second World War, with a long gun barrel and sloping armor. The Hitlerjugend division deployed Panthers in tough fighting on the Western Front in 1944. The markings consist above all of large turret numbers in various color combinations and unit insignia.
Apply the decals onto a smooth surface gone over with gloss varnish, so that no silvering effect arises under the film. Cut the designs out close to the printing, dip them briefly in lukewarm water and slide them onto the model. For settling onto detail use a decal softener, and fix the finished markings with a matte varnish.
This is a sheet of decals on its own. A model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
