This photo-etched set in thin brass is a follow-on (additional) accessory for a plastic kit of the Swedish turretless Strv.103 tank in 1:35 scale. It extends what the basic photo-etched set for the same tank can do. It is not a model but a set of fine metal parts.
Additional photo-etched sets for tanks usually add further exterior elements that did not fit into the basic set: extra grilles, covers, brackets, eyes, mesh screens and small hull fittings. The aim is to take the detail of a model to the highest level.
Separate the parts from the fret on a firm surface and make the bends along the etched grooves. Glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or epoxy. Degrease the metal and apply a primer before painting. The set works best together with the basic photo-etched set for the same tank.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
