This is a photo-etched detail and add-on set in 1:35 scale, not a standalone model. The set contains photo-etched covers of the exhaust mufflers and fine buckles for the faithful fastening of tools on the hull of the late version of the German Tiger I heavy tank.
The exhausts at the rear of the Tiger I were covered by sheet-metal panels, which in photo-etch come out thinner and truer than in plastic. The miniature buckles replace the bland plastic brackets and make it possible to fasten tools and equipment realistically to the sides of the hull.
Separate the small parts with a sharp knife, make the bends to match the real subject and fix the joints with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer suitable for metal; you will appreciate the muffler covers when weathering them in rusty shades, which can be fine-tuned with a wash and pigments.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
