A color 3D interior decal from the maker Quinta Studio on decal paper. The instrument panel, the side consoles, the seats and other elements of the cabin are preprinted in faithful colors and have a fine three-dimensional relief, so painting the interior and using photo-etched parts in it drop away. The set is intended for models of the UH-1B helicopter in 1:35 scale. This is the compact (smaller) version of the set.
The UH-1B is an early version of the legendary multirole Huey helicopter. It became famous from the war in Vietnam, where it served in both a transport and a combat role and became one of the iconic machines of its era.
The elements are applied as wet decals: the piece is dipped in water and slid into place. Degrease the surface in advance, seat the elements on a damp and smooth base and press them down with a soft brush. Do not use a softener or a fixer, as they attack the printed resin and ruin the element. Once dry the whole can be unified with a thin coat of matte varnish.
This is a modeling accessory, not a kit in its own right. The plastic model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
