1:35 US trailer K 52 is a kit of the American single-axle trailer of the kind that accompanied columns of Allied vehicles.

The American army towed a whole family of single-axle trailers behind its vehicles and each had a different role: load, water, signals equipment or workshop gear. The K 52 type belongs to this group and in the Plusmodel rendering it is an item on its own in 1:35 scale, which can be hitched behind a matching model of a vehicle.
Light trailed equipment accompanied American columns throughout the fighting in Europe as well as in the Pacific. They carried what no longer fitted into the bed of a truck, and their look differed according to the unit that used them. That is exactly why they suit views in which the rear is to be seen, not only the fighting machines: a column without a supply of material comes across as incomplete.
Try the parts dry in advance, so that you know whether the edges have to be leveled. Put the support leg and the drawbar together in the position the finished scene will have, that is a hitched or a parked piece. Let the olive base be lightened from above, bring the hinges and latches out with a darker line and work dust into the lowest part according to the terrain. Dirty the fenders and the surroundings of the wheels more strongly than the rest, because it is precisely there that the most dirt settled on the road.
