According to the name the sheet is meant for two tanks: the light M41 Walker Bulldog and the medium M48A3 Patton. You are buying the markings alone, which are applied to a finished model, not parts or a kit. The 1:35 scale matches the kits usually available for both types.
The M41 Walker Bulldog was a postwar American light tank laid out mainly for reconnaissance, with a 76 mm gun and a low weight thanks to which it moved well in soft ground. The M48A3 Patton is a considerably heavier medium tank against it, with a 90 mm gun and a diesel engine that replaced the older gasoline powerplant. Both vehicles were common in the South Vietnamese army and formed the core of its armored units. The markings tended to be rounded out with lettering in the local language and bold unit symbols.
Both tanks have a rounded cast turret, so marks placed on the side of the turret need more careful preparation than they would on a flat hull. Level the area with a gloss varnish and go by the manufacturer's instructions when laying them on. Once fixed with a matte varnish, the model benefits from a bold layer of dust on the running gear and the fenders, which matches service in a tropical setting.
