Tires without pressure, the type 3 rendition, 1:35 size, for building the Volkswagen Type 82E car. Suitable for a machine out of service.

Wheels with no air in the tires, prepared for building the German car Volkswagen Type 82E Käfer in 1:35 scale. The three designates the tread pattern that the manufacturer makes alongside the other renditions of the same set.
A whole group of military derivatives grew up around the KdF people's car during the war and it is worth not confusing them. The best known is the angular cross-country Kübelwagen with an open body. The amphibious version received a propeller and a boat-shaped hull. Type 82E represented a compromise: a closed sedan for officers, but one that stood on the raised military chassis. There was also a rarer variant with drive to all wheels, intended for the most senior commanders. It is precisely this kinship that confuses: the tires differed between the individual derivatives, so settle beforehand which of them you are actually building.
First look at the part against the light and level the face by which it was held with a fine file. Do the sanding wet, so that no dust is stirred up. When painting, leave the hollows of the tread darker than the crests, as the difference makes surprisingly much on so small a face.
The contents are a wheel set and nothing more; for the build you will need glue and paints of your own.
