AFV Club workable plastic tracks for the LVT Water Buffalo - a set of link tracks for the American LVT-4 amphibious vehicle in 1:35 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of workable plastic tracks from AFV Club for the American LVT-4 Water Buffalo amphibious tracked vehicle. It is not a model but an accessory to your kit - individual plastic links which, once assembled, form a working track with a realistic sag and replace the one-piece tracks from the box.
The LVT (Landing Vehicle Tracked), nicknamed Water Buffalo, was an American amphibious tracked vehicle of the Second World War that could move from ships directly onto the shore. Its characteristic track with grouser shoes served at the same time as a paddle wheel for movement in the water.
The links are carefully separated from the gates and cleaned of leftover plastic. They are assembled into a working track that stays movable and sags naturally over the road wheels. Glue with thin modeling cement for plastic and take care not to flood the joints. The set contains tracks for one vehicle.
The tracks are an accessory to a model and are supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
