This detail set from Eureka XXL is a set of resin parts from which you assemble five wooden ammunition crates. It is not a kit of a vehicle but an accessory for dioramas and models of German armored vehicles. Crates of this type carried 7.5 cm rounds for the short Kw.K.37 and Stu.K.37 L/24 guns.
The short-barreled 7.5 cm L/24 armed the early versions of the Panzer III Ausf.N medium tank, the StuG III assault guns and early Panzer IVs. Wooden crates set out on the hull, by the loading position or in a diorama of a supply point add period atmosphere and a story to a scene.
Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with super glue. The wood grain is brought out with a thin wash and a fine dry brush, and the metal fittings and lettering with contrasting shades. Sand with your airways protected.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin accessory. The basic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
