DEF Model 1:35 WWII British Tanker Tropical is a resin figure of a British tank crewman in tropical kit from the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin figure of a British tank crewman in tropical (desert) kit from the Second World War in 1:35 scale. The figure is meant to be placed with a model of an armored vehicle or in a diorama; it typically suits a tank crew in a pose on the vehicle or beside it. It is neither a vehicle nor a complete model.
British tank units used in the operations in North Africa and in other hot regions wore a light tropical uniform, often with shorts and a beret. The figure captures that characteristic look and the gear of a tank crewman of the period.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue; protect your airways while sanding. Use a quality primer. Paint the tropical uniform in sand and khaki shades, bring out the recesses with washes and model the folds with oil paints.
This is a figure, not a model of a vehicle. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the vehicle, glue and paints are not included in the package.
