German NOTEK headlights of the Second World War are a 3D printed Eduard detail accessory in 1:35 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a vehicle kit but a detail accessory. The set contains 3D printed German NOTEK blackout headlights, which in the Second World War were fitted to armored and wheeled vehicles of the Wehrmacht. Direct 3D printing captures fine details that injected plastic usually cannot reach.
NOTEK headlights served for driving in poor visibility and under blackout conditions: a directed, dimmed beam of light let a column move without giving away its position. They were typical and easily recognized features of German vehicles of the period.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports and clean them up. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Once the base color of the vehicle is on, the body of the headlight comes out with a fine accenting of the edges and the clear lens with a light varnish.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
