This newly developed injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale captures the modern Yanmar YT5113A tractor in its Robot Tractor form. The model has rubber tires that turn on poly caps and steerable front wheels. An operator figure is included. The kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Yanmar is a Japanese maker of agricultural machinery and its strikingly red tractors are among the icons of the field. The Series 2 introduced in 2018 brought autonomous tractors using precise positioning data and robotic technology, which raise the efficiency of farming and save human labor. It is precisely this modern Robot Tractor that the model is based on.
Spray the characteristic red with an airbrush over a primer and finish it with a satin clear coat, in keeping with the character of the machine. Degrease the rubber tires and finish the cab and the interior before they are closed up. Paint the operator figure separately. Light weathering will bring out the working character of the machine.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
