A set of colored 3D decals from Quinta Studio for fitting out the cockpits faithfully in 1:48 scale. The raised, fully colored details are printed on backing decal paper and applied as a wet decal. They bring the instrument panels, the side panels and the belts of both seats with no need for painting, and as a convenient alternative to photo-etch. The decals are shaped to the parts of the Revell kit.
The Eurofighter Typhoon is a modern European multirole fighter with a delta wing and canards. The two-seat variant serves above all for training and for some combat tasks and has two separate crew stations with large-area displays. The colored 3D decal captures their digital character.
Cut the part out, leave it in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slide it off the backing paper into place. It has no adhesive of its own, it holds on gloss varnish (Future, Klear, Tamiya X-22), and in the tubs and on curved surfaces a drop of cyanoacrylate glue helps. Do not use a decal softener, as it attacks the printed resin.
The set serves as an accessory to a plastic kit and is not a model in its own right. The kit, the glue, the varnish and the paints are not included in the package.
