This graphic sheet from the Lines of Burst collection is prepared for the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 in the wide body form. The widened fenders offer a far larger area than the production shape, and it is exactly for that area that the division of the motifs is laid out. The package holds a printed sheet, nothing more.
Widened conversions of the Aventador belong among the most conspicuous currents of present-day tuning. The overfenders cover the original fenders, the body grows outward and together with a low-set front part it changes the whole impression of the car. The basis meanwhile stays the same: a twelve-cylinder ahead of the rear axle, all-wheel drive and a carbon tub. A model in such a form positively asks for striking surface graphics, because production shades on extensive areas quickly flatten the shape out.
On a wide conversion the motifs run across areas that break at unusual angles. So let the film rest longer in water, until it gives, and in the corners of the widening cut it carefully, so that it does not wrinkle. Make every cut so that it falls into an edge or into the shadow of a part, where it will not be seen. Once settled, wipe the remains of adhesive off with a damp sponge, let it dry overnight and only then seal the whole surface with varnish.
