1:32 F-86D Sabre Dog double-sided express fit mask is a double-sided masking set from Art Scale that covers the glazing of an F-86D model in 1:32 from the outside as well as the inside. It is intended for the Kitty Hawk kit.

The designation double-sided in the express fit line from Art Scale means that the masking is prepared for both sides of the clear parts. The inner side can thus be sprayed in the interior shade and the outer one in the upper camouflage, without your having to cut the shapes yourself. It is precisely this difference that sets the set apart from the one-sided version of the same aircraft. The masks are cut for the Kitty Hawk kit.
It is worth it every time you plan a slid-back canopy or a markedly well-lit cockpit. An unpainted frame looks from inside like a transparent line, and in a large scale that catches the eye more than any other mistake on the glazing. On a model with a span of around thirty centimeters almost everyone who picks it up looks into the cockpit.
The F-86D came about as the interceptor version of the Sabre for flight at night and in bad weather. A single-seat cockpit, a radar in the nose and a rocket armament made it a machine with a markedly different profile from the day fighter, including the shape of the canopy.
